KillSpamNow™ Professional
While our out-of-the-box features will work great for most businesses, larger business with IT departments may wish to take advantage of the additional features and capabilities offered by our Professional Version (Quarantine, Outbound Filtering, and Multiple Mail Servers).

Spam Quarantine
Our normal filtering bounces the spam back to the sender to prevent them from determining your valid email addresses.  Advanced Filtering retains this feature but also stores a copy of the spam on our servers for up to 7 days.  Your IT team or spam administrator can view spam by date/time, recipient, subject, etc.  Any messages that need to be delivered can be sent to their original recipient with a single click.  Also, any user in your company can have a login to the quarantine area to view and manage their own spam.

Outbound Filtering
This feature adds outbound spam and virus filtering to your email to protect your customers and keep your domain off the spam and open-relay blacklists.

Multiple Mail Servers
KillSpamNow™ adds redundancy to any architecture by spooling your email for 5 days in case your mail server goes down.  However, larger companies build email redundancy by using multiple load-balanced mail servers.  KillSpamNow™ Professional now supports this configuration for best of breed email availability.  We will send mail to the primary mail server and if that is not available, attempt delivery to the 2nd email server.  If no email servers are online, we will revert to normal fundtionality and spool the email until the servers come back on line.
